摘要
目的研究幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染性胃溃疡患者炎症活动度与血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)表达水平的相关性。方法选取成都市第三人民医院2017年6月-2019年10月诊治的200例胃溃疡患者作为研究对象,根据尿素(13C)呼气诊断试验分为Hp(+)组(n=116)和Hp(-)组(n=84),根据组织病理学检查结果对Hp(+)患者炎症活动度进行分级,另选取同期来本院检查的健康人作为对照组(n=93),检测所有研究对象TNF-α和IL-17水平,分析炎症活动度与TNF-α、IL-17表达水平的相关性。结果三组研究对象TNF-α、IL-17水平差异有统计学意义,其中Hp(+)组患者TNF-α、IL-17水平均高于Hp(-)组和对照组,Hp(-)组TNF-α、IL-17水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同炎症活动度TNF-α、IL-17水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),随着炎症活动度的增加,血清TNF-α、IL-17水平逐渐升高(P<0.05)。Hp感染性胃溃疡患者炎症活动度与血清TNF-α、IL-17表达水平均呈正相关(r=0.885,P<0.05;r=0.758,P<0.05)。结论Hp感染性胃溃疡患者炎症活动度与TNF-α、IL-17表达水平均呈正相关。
Objective To study the correlation between inflammatory activity and serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-17(IL-17)in gastric ulcer(GU)patients infected with Helicobacter pylori(Hp).Methods 200 patients with GU diagnosed and treated in the Third People’s Hospital of Chengdu between June 2017 and October 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into Hp(+)group(n=116)and Hp(-)group(n=84)according to the urea(13 C)breath test results.According to histopathological examination results,the inflammatory activity in Hp(+)patients was graded.Healthy people who came to the hospital for health check-ups during the same period were selected as the control group(n=93).The levels of TNF-αand IL-17 in all subjects were measured,and the correlation between inflammatory activity and the TNF-α,IL-17 was analyzed.Results There were statistically significant differences in the levels of TNF-αand IL-17 among the three groups.The levels of TNF-αand IL-17 in Hp(+)group were higher than those in Hp(-)group and the control group,and the levels in Hp(-)group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the levels of TNF-αand IL-17 between patients with different inflammatory activities(P<0.05).With the increase of inflammatory activity,the levels of serum TNF-αand IL-17 gradually increased(P<0.05).The inflammatory activity was positively correlated with serum TNF-αand IL-17 levels in patients with Hp infected GU(r=0.885,P<0.05;r=0.758,P<0.05).Conclusion The inflammatory activity was positively correlated with TNF-αand IL-17 levels in GU patients infected with Hp.
