烯丙胺基五甲氧基环三磷腈的合成及阻燃分析 被引量:1

Synthesis of Allylamino Pentamethoxy Cyclotriphosphazene Compound and Flame-retardant Analysis

摘要 采用六氯环三磷腈、烯丙胺及甲醇钠作为基础原料,得到最终产物烯丙胺基五甲氧基环三磷腈。对产物的合成进行了研究,结果表明,最佳反应条件:以四氢呋喃作为溶剂,物料比为n(六氯磷腈)∶n(烯丙胺)∶n(甲醇钠)=1∶1∶5.4,以5℃为阶梯式升温,在55℃下回流反应6 h,烯丙胺基五甲氧基环三磷腈化合物产率为86.1%。通过红外光谱(FTIR)、核磁共振氢谱(^(1)H-NMR)进行表征,证实了产物的结构,通过差热分析(TG-DTA)证明其具有良好的热稳定性。将产物应用于聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)中,进行极限氧指数的测试(LOI),结果表明,不管单独应用于PBT或是与MCA复配后再应用,烯丙胺基五甲氧基环三磷腈化合物均能有效改善PBT的易燃性,使其具有良好的阻燃作用。 With hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene,allylamine and sodium methoxide as basic raw materials,the final product allylamino pentamethoxy cyclotriphosphazene was obtained.The synthesis of allylamino pentamethoxy cyclotriphosphazene compound was studied,and the best reaction conditions were obtained:tetrahydrofuran was used as the solvent,and the raw material ratio was n(hexachlorophosphazene):n(allylamine):n(sodium methanol)=1∶1∶5.4,heating step by step at 5℃,refluxing reaction at 55℃for 6 hours,the yield of allylamino pentamethoxy cyclotriphosphazene compound was 86.1%.Through infrared(FTIR)and nuclear magnetic(^(1)H-NMR)characterization,the structure of the product was confirmed,and the differential thermal analysis(TG-DTA)proved that it has good thermal stability.The product was applied to PBT and tested for limiting oxygen index(LOI).The results showed that whether it is used alone in PBT or mixed with MCA,allylamino pentamethoxy cyclotriphosphazene compounds could effectively improve the flammability of PBT and had good flame retardant effects.
