有机笼状膦氮阻燃剂DATPO的合成与阻燃性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 以二苯基氯化膦和笼状磷酸酯胺(DTDO)为原料,合成了一种有机笼状膦氮阻燃剂,即二苯基亚膦酰-N-1-氧-1-磷杂-2,6,7-三氧杂辛烷基(DATPO)。探究不同摩尔比、反应温度和反应时间对产率的影响,得到最佳反应条件:n(二苯基氯化膦)∶n(笼状磷酸酯胺)=1∶1,在100℃的条件下反应5h,产品得率为96.0%。通过FT-IR、~1H-NMR、TG-DTA对产物的结构及性能进行了表征,并将产物单独应用或分别与MCA、MPP复配后应用于PBT进行极限氧指数测试。结果表明,该产物有较好的热稳定性和良好的阻燃效果。 An organic caged phosphine-nitrogen flame retardant,diphenylphosphinyl-N-1-oxo-1-phosphono-2,6,7-trioxaoctyl(DATPO)was synthesized from diphenylphosphine chloride and caged phosphate amine.Exploring the effect of different molar ratios,reaction temperatures and reaction times on yield,the best reaction conditions were obtained as followes:molar ratio n(diphenylphosphonium chloride)∶n(cage phosphate amine)=1∶1,reacted at 100℃for 5h,the product yield was 96.0%.The structure and properties of the product were characterized by FT-IR,1 H-NMR and TG-DTA.The products were applied alone or combined with MCA and MPP applied to polyester PBT for limiting oxygen index test.The results shown that the product had good thermal stability and good flame retardant effect.
