制革企业员工在线培训系统设计

摘要 为了有效提升制革企业员工培训效率,降低培训投入,本研究对在线培训考核系统进行了分析。采用B/S构建模式,以SQL Sever与C语言为技术支撑,对培训系统硬件及软件模块进行设计,该系统具有培训资源丰富、管理模式先进、统计手段完善等优势,具有一定的科学性与实效性,能够弥补传统纸质培训、考核试题容量小、涉猎范围窄、教育流程慢等多种问题,满足制革企业日常的学习和考核需求,提升制革企业对员工教育和培训的效果,具有现实推广意义。 In order to effectively improve the training efficiency of employees in leather enterprises and reduce training investment,the online training assessment system was analyzed.Using B/S construction mode and SQL Sever and C language as technical support,the hardware and software modules of the training system were designed.The system has the advantages of rich training resources,advanced management mode and perfect statistical means.It has certain scientificity and effectiveness,and can make up for many problems such as traditional paper training,small capacity of examination questions,narrow scope of coverage and slow educational process.It is of practical significance to meet the daily learning and assessment needs of tanning enterprises and improve the effect of employee education and training in tanning enterprises.
