摘要 随着人才强国战略的不断实施,作为劳动密集型行业代表的皮革行业正面临人力资源发展的瓶颈。积极实现对皮革行业的高投入人力资源管理实践,对于优化人才结构、提升皮革行业发展竞争力具有无比重要的促进意义。目前皮革行业针对人力资源管理中存在的人才结构不完善、人才流动性较大、优秀人才衔接不足、人才供需不均衡等现实问题,从强化政策引导、留住优秀人才、优化人才结构、增进人才培养等几个方面提出了具体的解决对策。 With the continuous implementation of the strategy of strengthening the country by talents, the leather industry, as a representative of labor-intensive industries, is facing the bottleneck of human resources development.Actively realizing the high-input human resource management practice in the leather industry is of great significance for optimizing the talent structure and enhancing the development competitiveness of the leather industry.The current problems of imperfect talent structure, high mobility of talents, insufficient connection of talents and imbalance of talent supply and demand in the current high-input human resource management in the leather industry were analyzed.Specific solutions have been proposed in several aspects, such as optimizing the structure of talents and enhancing talent training from strengthening policy guidance, retaining talents and other aspects.
