摘要
目的:建立同时检测饮用水中铜、锌、铁、锰的电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES),并考察了方法的实用性。方法:采集巴南区饮用水水源地水样,以雾化器流速为0.7 L/min,辅助气流速为0.5 L/min,射频发生器功率为1150 W,采用ICP-AES测定样品中的4种重金属。结果:该方法对铜、锌、铁、锰的测定波长分别为324,213,259,257 nm,工作曲线的线性良好,线性范围为0.2~1.0 mg/L,相关系数均不低于0.9998。铜、锌、铁、锰的方法检出限分别为0.006,0.004,0.01和0.004 mg/L,相对标准偏差在1.25%~3.28%之间,加标回收率在94.0%~102.5%之间。结论:该方法具有简便快速,灵敏度和准确度高等优点,适用于饮用水中铜、锌、铁、锰的检测。
Objective:To establish a new ICP-AES method for simultaneous determining the concentration of copper,zinc,iron,manganese in water sample of drinking water,as well as to investigate its applicability.Methods:Water samples of drinking water were collected in Banan district,with atomizer velocity of 0.7 L/min,auxiliary gas flow rate of 0.5 L/min,RF generator power of 1150 W,the concentration of the four kinds of heavy metal were tested by ICP-AES method.Results:The determined wavelengths of copper,zinc,iron,manganese were located at 324,213,259,257 nm.The working curve showed a good correlation.The linear range was 0.2~1.0 mg/Land the correlation was more than 0.9998.The detect limits of copper,zinc,iron,manganese were 0.006,0.004,0.01 and 0.004 mg/L.The relative error was 1.25%~3.28%.The recovery rate was 94.0%~102.5%.Conclusion:This method is easy,sensitive and accurate,and is suitable for analysis of copper,zinc,iron,manganese in water sample of drinking water.
