摘要
目的:建立石墨消解电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定儿童常用消积中成药中铅镉砷汞铜含量的方法,了解无锡市场上常见的7种消积中成药铅镉砷汞铜安全性。方法:以保儿宁颗粒为代表建方法学,石墨消解条件为:过夜预消解后30 min内由室温升至100℃,ICP-MS条件:KED测定模式,氦气碰撞气,1.03 L·min^(-1)雾化器流速。同法检测了其他6种消积中成药。结果:铅镉砷汞铜标曲的相关系数均大于0.9995,平均回收率范围:90%~122%,6份重复性RSD均小于7%。该7种消积中成药的安全性较可靠。结论:石墨消解ICP-MS法是检验儿童用消积中成药中铅镉砷汞铜的一种便捷、高效且准确的方法。
Objective:To establish a graphite digestion ICP-MS method for the determination of lead,cadmium,arsenic,mercury and copper in common digestion promoting Chinese patent medicines for children,and to attain the safety of lead,cadmium,arsenic,mercury and copper in seven digestion promoting Chinese patent medicines in Wuxi market.Methods:Taking Baoerning granules as an example to establish method,the conditions of graphite digestion were as follows:temperature increased from room temperature to 100℃within 30 minutes following overnight pre-digestion.The conditions of ICP-MS were as follows:KED mode,helium as a collision gas,atomizer flow rate of 1.03 L·min^(-1).The other 6 traditional Chinese patent medicines were detected by the same method.Results:The correlation coefficients of lead,cadmium,arsenic,mercury and copper standard Curve were all greater than 0.9995,the average recovery range was 90%-122%,and the repeatability RSD of six samples were less than 7%.The safety of 9 batches of digestion promoting Chinese patent medicines was reliable.Conclusion:Graphite digestion ICP-MS is a convenient,efficient and accurate method for the determination of lead,cadmium,arsenic,mercury and copper in digestion promoting Chinese patent medicines for children.
