摘要
[目的/意义]随着Web2.0技术的日益发展,社会化搜索已经成为人们获取信息的重要方式。社会化搜索过程更加注重用户的信息交互能力,本研究旨在构建该情境下的信息素养测评工具以更好地理解用户搜索过程及结果。[方法/过程]本文针对社会化搜索情境,以现有研究文献为基础,通过专家访谈、探索性因子分析(EFA)和验证性因子分析(CFA)等过程,构建信息素养测评量表。[结果/结论]最终量表包含信息意识、信息需求、信息搜索、信息评价、信息交流、信息加工及信息道德7个维度,共24个题项,为社会化搜索情境下的信息素养评价提供了实用工具并进一步丰富了信息素养领域的研究内容。
[Purpose/Significance]Due to the continuous development of Web 2.0,social search has become a popular approach of information obtaining.Social search process focuses more on users'ability of information interaction.This paper aims to establish an evaluation tool to measure users'information literacy in order to better understand the process and results of their information searching behavior.[Method/Process]Based on existing research results,an information literacy evaluation aiming at social search context measurement was built via scholar interview,EFA and CFA.[Result/Conclusion]The final measurement combined twenty-four items dividing into seven dimensions including information awareness,information demand,information search,information evaluation,information communication,information process and information morality.It could be used as a practical tool to measure and quantify information literacy under social search context and also enriches research on information literacy.
