摘要
新时代背景下,职业生涯规划是大学生追求美好幸福生活、实现人生价值的重要环节。针对当前大学生就业过程中出现的新特点和新要求,应以创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享作为引领大学生职业生涯规划的新思路,增强大学生和全社会对职业生涯规划的重视程度,改革教育教学模式,积极拓展教育教学资源,最终使职业生涯规划惠及全体大学生。牢牢把握住新发展理念,科学系统地指导大学生职业生涯规划对于构建和谐文明社会具有重大现实意义和深远历史意义。
Under the background of the new era,career planning is an important link for college students to pursue a better and happy life and realize the value of life.In view of the new characteristics and requirements in the process of college students’employment,we should take innovation,coordination,green,open and sharing as the new ideas to lead college students’career planning.To enhance the attention of college students and the whole society to career planning,reform education and teaching mode,and actively expand education and teaching resources,finally,career planning benefits all college students.It is of great practical and far-reaching historical significance to firmly grasp the new development concept and scientifically and systematically guide college students’career planning for the construction of a harmonious and civilized society.
