摘要
在露天矿生产和运输环节,由于大量的粉尘分布以及气候因素的影响,常有扬尘严重干扰露天矿的生产活动,影响作业人员健康和生产效率。借助Fluent软件,结合气固两相流原理,建立了数学几何模型,研究车辆在自然环境中以不同速度行驶的粉尘运移特点。研究结果表明,逆风条件下,当车速达到15 m/s,风速为3.5 m/s时,扬尘浓度在78 mg/m3左右,远远大于20 mg/m3的国家规定限值。随着车速提高,粉尘扬起与分布的区域更广,悬浮更久,粉尘浓度与车速存在正相关,运输车辆在逆风环境下运行引起的粉尘浓度超过顺风环境。基于此,可更精准地制定露天矿运输扬尘的治理措施。
In the production and transportation of open-pit mines, due to a large number of dust distribution and climatic factors, dust often seriously interferes with the production activities of open-pit mines, affecting the health and production efficiency of workers. With the help of Fluent software, combined with the principle of gas-solid flow, a mathematical geometric model was established to study the dust migration characteristics of vehicles at different speeds in the natural environment. The results show that under the condition of reverse wind, when the vehicle speed reaches 15 m/s and the wind speed is 3.5 m/s, the dust concentration is about 78 mg/m3, which is far greater than the national limit of 20 mg/m3. With the increase of vehicle speed, the area of dust rising and distribution is wider, and the suspension is longer. The dust concentration is positively correlated with the vehicle speed. The dust concentration caused by the operation of the transport vehicle in the reverse wind environment exceeds that in the downwind environment. Based on this, the dust control measures of open-pit mine transportation can be formulated more accurately.
