土壤生境对异叶假繁缕根际微生物的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Soil Habitat on the Rhizosphere Microorganisms in a Medicinal Plants,Pseudostellaria heterophylla

摘要 土壤生境是陆生植物赖以生存的基本场所,不同土壤生境能够影响根际微生物种群动态。针对东港大孤山、凤城凤凰山、宽甸白石砬子3个地区的药用植物异叶假繁缕的生长状况和种群密度存在很大差异,我们检测了3个地区异叶假繁缕根际土壤微生物种类及密度,同时进行了异叶假繁缕同质园栽培实验,以检验土壤生境对异叶假繁缕根际土壤微生物种群的影响。研究结果表明,3个地区异叶假繁缕根际土壤细菌和酵母菌的种类和密度均存在差异。3个地区的异叶假繁缕幼苗移栽至同质园中生长6个月后,其根际土壤中细菌和酵母菌的密度趋于相近,均显著高于上述采集地根际土壤中的细菌和酵母菌密度。此外,根际土壤中的细菌和酵母菌种类也趋于相同。由此可见,异叶假繁缕根际土壤中细菌和酵母菌的种类和密度很可能与其生长状况和种群密度相关,土壤生境会影响其根际土壤细菌和酵母菌的种类和密度。 Soil habitat is the basic place for terrestrial plants to survive and different soil habitats can affect the population dynamics of rhizosphere microbial.In view of the great differences in growth status and population density of medicinal plants from Dagu Mountain in Donggang city,Fenghuang Mountain in Fengcheng city and Baishilazi in Kuandian county,we detected the species and density of soil microorganisms in the rhizosphere of Pseudostellaria heterophylla in the three areas,and conducted the homogenous garden cultivation experiment to test the effect of soil habitat on soil microbial population in the rhizosphere.The results showed that there were differences in the species and density of bacteria and yeast in the rhizosphere soil of P.heterophylla in the three areas.Furthermore,the density of bacteria and yeast in rhizosphere soil of P.heterophylla seedlings transplanted to homogenous gardens for 6 months tended to be similar,which were significantly higher than those in the rhizosphere soil collected above.In addition,the species of bacteria and yeasts in rhizosphere soils tended to be the same.In conclusion,the species and density of bacteria and yeast in the rhizosphere soil of P.heterophylla are probably related to their growth status and population density,and the soil habitat will affect the species and density of bacteria and yeast in the rhizosphere soil of P.heterophylla.
