摘要
“教育与生产劳动相结合”是实施劳动教育的理论基础。马克思主义者在不同时期所提出的“教劳结合”,在表述方式上具有一定的时代特征,其现实关注点也有所不同。人的发展、社会发展统一于“教劳结合”之中,由此,我们不能仅仅从教育的角度来理解“教劳结合”,它不仅是教育发展必须遵循的规律,而且是社会主义社会发展的必然规律。新时代要真正实践好“教劳结合”,就必须按照新时代社会生产方式变革的需要来培养人才。
The combination of education and productive labour is the theoretical founda-tion to implement labour education,which not only has different expressions in different peri-ods,but also has different realistic concerns.The development of man and society can be uni-fied in the combination of education-labour.Thus,we should'nt understand it only by the view of education.It is actually the universal law in society development since the mass pro-duction of capitalism,and it is not accuracy to think it as the basic law for education develop-ment.To practice it in the new era effectively,we must cultivate talents according to needs of transformation of social production mode.
