摘要
进入新时代,劳动教育的育人价值和作用日益凸显,高校依托专业化社会实践推进劳动教育的迫切性日益增加。当前,高校推进劳动教育过程中依然存在与学生发展关联度不高、与专业教育融合不够、与党和国家主要任务对接不精准等诸多需要进一步加强和改进的问题。新时代,高校要立足学生专业优势、发挥专业技能和专业知识力量,突出劳动教育的时代性、专业性和参与性,不断提升劳动教育的实效。
In the new era,the value and role of labor education in educating talents are becoming increasingly prominent.It is increasingly urgent for universities to promote labor education based on professional social practice.At present,however,in the process of promoting labor education in universities,there still exist many problems that need to be further strengthened and improved,such as low correlation with student development,insufficient integration with professional education,and inaccurate connection with the main tasks of the Party and the state.Therefore,in this article we argue that in the new era,universities should base on students’professional advantages,give full play to the strength of professional skills and professional knowledge,highlight the timeliness,professionalism and participation of labor education,and constantly improve the effectiveness of labor education.
