摘要
党的十八大以来,我国已经进入了全面依法治国的新时代。增强新时代大学生的法治文化认同具有积极而深远的法治价值、文化价值及其思想教育价值。大学生法治文化认同在法治文化认知、法治意识、法治思维、法治信仰等方面还有诸多不足,因而需要加强大学生自我法治文化教育,营造良好的法治文化认同社会氛围,构建高校、家庭、社会法治文化教育的联动机制,充分利用新媒体技术和网络资源优势等手段来解决新时代大学生的法治文化认同问题。
Since the 18^(th) National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has entered a new era of comprehensive law-based governance of China.Strengthening college students’cultural identity of the rule of law in the new era has positive and far-reaching legal value,cultural value and ideological education value.There are still many deficiencies in the recognition of the rule of law culture,awareness of the rule of law,thinking of the rule of law and belief in the rule of law.In order to solve the problem of college students’cultural identity of the rule of law in the new era,the linkage mechanism of university,family and social legal culture education should be constructed and the advantages of new media technology and network resources should be utilized.
