摘要
高校培育大学生法治文化认同感,既是增强大学生法治素养的必然要求,也是提升国家认同感的现实需求,更是精准开展法治教育的实践要求。但在实际开展过程中,还面临大学生对法治文化的认知模糊、法治意识较为薄弱、法治思维有待巩固完善、法治信仰尚需更加坚定等四方面困境。对此,高校应聚焦课程主渠道、重视校园法治文化建设、不断拓展法治文化育人空间、大力开展法治教育实践,深化大学生法治文化认同感。
Cultivating college students’ identity of the culture of the rule of law in colleges and universities is not only an inevitable requirement to enhance the literacy of the rule of law of students,but also a realistic need to promote the national identity,and it is also a practical requirement to accurately carry out the education of the rule of law. However,in the actual development process,it also faces four difficulties:college students’ vague understanding of culture of the rule of law,weak awareness of the rule of law,the need to consolidate and improve thinking of the rule of law,and the need to be more firm in belief of the rule of law. Therefore,the main channel of the course should be focused on,the construction of the culture of the rule of law on campus should be valued,the culture education space of the rule of law should be expanded continuously,the education practice of the rule of law should be vigorously carried out,and the identity of the culture of the rule of law of college students should be deepened in colleges and universities.
