摘要
鲁班工坊是我国职业教育的国际品牌,是服务“一带一路”倡议的重要桥梁。梳理鲁班工坊师资培训现状及培训中存在的问题,从培训原则、培训模式、队伍建设、资源建设、人文交流、线上培训、考核机制七个方面提出了提高鲁班工坊师资培训的对策。
Lubanworkshop is the international brand of vocational education in China,and is the important bridge to serve“the Belt and Road”initiative.By sorting out the status quo and problems in teacher training of Lubanworkshop,countermeasures to promote teacher training of Luban workshop are put forward from seven aspects:training principles,training models,team building,re sourcesconstruction,people-to-people exchanges,online training,and assessment mechanisms.
