摘要
目的探讨缩减约束方案对ICU气管插管患者非计划性拔管的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取德阳市人民医院90例ICU气管插管患者作为研究对象,运用前后对照研究方法进行分组,每组45例患者,试验组采用缩减约束方案,对照组采用常规约束护理流程。比较2组患者的身体约束率、非计划性拔管发生率、约束时间、皮肤损伤情况及患者或家属满意度。结果试验组患者身体约束率、非计划性拔管发生率、约束时间、皮肤损伤率明显低于对照组,试验组的患者或家属满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缩减约束方案不仅可降低ICU患者的身体约束率及气管插管非计划性拔管率,而且能保证危重症患者的护理安全,提高就医满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of the reduction restraint scheme on unplanned unpluging in ICU trachea patients.Methods Using convenient sampling method,90 ICU trachea intubation patients in our hospital were selected as the research object,and the group was grouped by front and rear control research method,with 45 patients in each group,and the trial group adopted the reduction restraint scheme.The control group used a routine restraint care process.The two groups of patients were compared with the rate of physical restraint,the incidence of unplanned extraction,the time of restraint,skin damage and patient or family satisfaction.Results The rate of physical restraint,unplanned extraction,restraint time and skin injury was significantly lower than that of the control group in the trial group,and the satisfaction of patients or family members in the trial group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The reduction restraint scheme not only reduces the body restraint rate and unplanned extraction rate of trachea intubation,but also ensures the safety of nursing care and improves the satisfaction of medical treatment.
