摘要
目的探讨针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后遗留疼痛的有效性。方法100例腰椎间盘突出症术后遗留疼痛患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上增加中医针灸治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果、疼痛评分。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率为96.0%,高于对照组的78.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后7、14 d,研究组患者的疼痛评分分别为(3.76±0.77)、(1.97±0.45)分,低于对照组的(5.69±1.01)、(3.93±0.88)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨科临床中,对腰椎间盘突出症术后遗留疼痛患者治疗时,可实施针灸治疗,能够更好的提高治疗效果,缓解疼痛,具有更高的实用性,适合针对此类患者推广应用。
Objective To discuss the effectiveness of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of postoperative pain of lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 100 patients with postoperative pain of lumbar disc herniation were divided into research group and control group according to the random numerical table,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional treatment,and patients in the research group received acupuncture and moxibustion in traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect and pain score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the research group was 96.0%,which was higher than 78.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).7 and 14 d after treatment,the pain scores of the patients in the research group were(3.76±0.77)and(1.97±0.45)points,which were lower than(5.69±1.01)and(3.93±0.88)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In orthopedic clinics,acupuncture and moxibustion can be implemented in the treatment of patients with postoperative pain of lumbar disc herniation,which can better improve the therapeutic effect and relieve pain.It has higher practicality,and is suitable for promotion and application for such patients.
