摘要
腰椎间盘突出症患者经过手术治疗后常残留疼痛、麻木、肌力下降等症状,极大影响患者腰椎功能恢复及心理状态。因此要重视腰椎间盘突出症术后残留症状的中医辨证分型体系的建立,发挥中医药辨证论治的优势,文章通过对其中西医病因病机及中医药治疗方法(包括中药内服外用、针灸类、功法锻炼、推拿、心理治疗等)的梳理,以期给广大学者的临床工作提供帮助。
Patients with lumbar disc herniation often have residual symptoms such as pain,numbness and muscle strength decline after surgical treatment,which greatly affects the recovery of lumbar function and psychological state.Therefore,we should pay attention to the establishment of TCM syndrome differentiation and classification system for residual symptoms of lumbar disc herniation after operation,and give full play to the advantages of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment.This paper combs the etiology and pathogenesis of Western medicine and the treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine(including internal and external use of traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture,exercise,massage,psychotherapy,etc.)in order to provide help for the clinical work of scholars.
