摘要
目的:探讨腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者,选择温针灸与中药热奄包、皮内针联合治疗的效果。方法:选取2020年7月—2022年9月绥阳县中医医院收治的LDH患者88例为研究对象,抽签法分为对照组与观察组,各44例。对照组行中药热奄包联合皮内针治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合温针灸治疗。比较两组中医证候积分、治疗效果、腰椎功能及并发症发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组患者各项中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.024);治疗后,观察组直腿抬高评分、视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组,腰椎功能量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.049)。结论:温针灸与中药热奄包、皮内针联合治疗LDH患者,安全性高,可改善患者中医证候积分,恢复腰椎功能,减少并发症,值得推广。
Objective:To investigate the effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Reyanbao and intradermal acupuncture on patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:A total of eighty-eight LDH patients admitted to Suiyang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots,with forty-four cases in each group.The control group was treated with Reyanbao combined with intradermal acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of control group.TCM syndrome score,therapeutic effect,lumbar function and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.024).After treatment,the straight leg elevation scores and visual analog scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the lumbar function scale scores were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.001).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.049).Conclusion:The combination of warm acupuncture and moxibustion and Reyanbao and intradermal acupuncture in the treatment of LDH patients has high safety,can improve the TCM syndrome score of patients,restore lumbar function and reduce complications,and is worth promoting.
