摘要
肩周炎属于中医“痹证”范畴,患者在患病期间症状痛苦,并且生活质量下降,生活常受到极大困扰。王庆国教授在治疗肩周炎方面有着丰富经验,认为肩周炎大多因寒邪感伤所致,强调寒凝经脉为其核心病机,临床常用经方葛根汤治疗肩周炎,不论外感内伤,皆收良效,且用量有特色,加减有法度,形成独特的辨治特点。结合临床治疗外感肩周炎与内伤肩周炎的典型验案,对王教授治疗肩周炎的诊疗思路与用药经验进行介绍。
Scapulohumeral periarthritis corresponds to“Bi syndrome”in traditional Chinese medicine.Patients with this disease suffer a lot,and their daily life is often greatly disturbed,with lowered life quality.Professor Wang Qingguo has rich experience in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.He believes that scapulohumeral periarthritis is mostly caused by cold evil,and he emphasizes that the cold gathering in the meridians is its core pathogenesis.In clinical practice,Professor Wang often uses the classic prescription Gegen Decoction to treat scapulohumeral periarthritis.It has good results regardless of etiological factors,whether it is caused by exogenous contraction or internal injuries.Professor Wang has formed a unique system of differentiation and treatment,with featured dosages and addition and subtraction.Based on the typical cases of clinical treatment of exogenous scapulohumeral periarthritis and internal injury scapulohumeral periarthritis,this paper introduces the diagnosis and treatment ideas and medication experience of Professor Wang in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.
