摘要
肩周炎是骨伤科常见的疾病之一,临床症状主要表现为关节疼痛伴活动受限。苏国宏主任认为该病的核心病机当为“肾气不足,筋脉失养,络脉阻滞”,并将肩周炎分为“肾虚络阻期”“筋骨失养期”及“固本复旧期”三期,同时以压痛点选穴,分期分部论治,最终以肾俞、太溪、中平、养老为主穴组成补肾养筋四针,配合“苏氏复肩操”,取得了满意的疗效。该文将介绍苏国宏主任运用“补肾养筋四针联合功法”治疗肩周炎的经验。
Frozen shoulder is one of the common diseases in orthopedics,and its clinical symptoms are mainly joint pain with limited mobility.Director SU Guohong believed that the core pathogenesis of the disease should be“ insufficiency of kidney Qi,dystrophy of tendons and veins,and blockage of collaterals”,and divided scapulohumeral periarthritis into“ kidney deficiency and collateral obstruction period”,“ muscle and bone dystrophy period” and“ consolidation of the root”.In the third phase of the“ Revolutionary Period”,at the same time,the points of tenderness were selected,and the treatment was divided into stages.Finally,Shenshu,Taixi,Zhongping,and Laoyou were the main points to form four needles for nourishing the kidney and nourishing the tendons.Satisfactory curative effect was obtained.This article will introduce Director SU Guohong’s experience in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis by using the combination of four-needle exercises for nourishing the kidneys and nourishing tendons.
