摘要
目的:观察葛根汤联合微波治疗急性肩关节周围炎(以下简称肩周炎)的临床疗效。方法:68例急性肩周炎患者按照SPSS 25.0软件随机平均分为观察组和对照组。观察组给予葛根汤联合微波治疗,对照组给予普通针刺疗法。1周为1个疗程,治疗两个疗程,疗程之间间隔2 d。治疗后比较两组患者McGill疼痛评分、Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分及临床疗效。结果:(1)治疗后,两组患者McGill疼痛评分低于治疗前,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组McGill疼痛评分第5天为(21.71±4.06)分、第10天为(17.58±3.13)分,低于同期对照组的(23.85±4.48)分、(19.67±4.04)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,两组患者Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分高于本组治疗前,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)观察组有效率为94.12%(32/34);对照组有效率为91.18%(31/34),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:葛根汤联合微波治疗急性肩周炎疗效显著,可在短期内有效缓解患者疼痛和关节活动度。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Gegen Decoction combined with microwave in the treatment of acute periarthritis of shoulder.Methods:68 patients with acute scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to SPSS 25.0 software.The observation group was given Gegen Decoction combined with microwave therapy,while the control group was given common acupuncture therapy.One week is a course of treatment,and there are two courses of treatment with an interval of 2 days.After treatment,McGill pain score,Constant-Murley shoulder function score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:(1)After treatment,the pain score of McGill in two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain score of McGill in the observation group was(21.71±4.06)on the 5th day and(17.58±3.13)on the 10th day,which was lower than that of the control group,namely,(23.85±4.48)and(19.67±4.04),at the same period,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the Constant-Murley shoulder function score of the two groups was higher than that of the group before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The effective rate in the observation group was 94.12%(32/34).The effective rate of the control group was 91.18%(31/34),with no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:Gegen Decoction combined with microwave is effective in treating acute scapulohumeral periarthritis,which can effectively relieve pain and joint mobility in a short time.
