摘要
"课程思政"建设是中国教育事业中的亮点之一,是一种新型的长效运行机制与协同创新机制。基础化学是食品科学与工程、生物工程、制药工程、食品质量与安全等相关工程专业的核心课程。作为高校教师,在基础化学教学中通过无缝融入思政元素,是教育事业发展面临的新形势新任务。本文以无机化学、有机化学为例进行了思政元素探讨,并对课程思政的考评方案进行了列举。
The construction of“Course of Ideology and Politics”is one of the highlights in China s education,and it is a new kind of long-term operation and collaborative innovation mechanism.Basic Chemistry is the core course for Food Science and Engineering,Food Quality and Safety,Biological Engineering,Pharmaceutical Engineering and other related engineering specialties.As a college teacher,it is a new situation and task for the development of education to seamlessly integrate ideological and political elements into the teaching process of Basic Chemistry.In this paper,taking Inorganic Chemistry and Organic Chemistry as examples,the ideological and political elements are discussed,and the evaluation schemes of curriculum in ideological and political education are listed.
