摘要
作为妊娠期女性常见疾病之一,妊娠期糖尿病对于患者及新生儿健康造成了严重的影响。患者可出现糖代谢异常的问题,从而导致血糖指标难以得到合理的控制,继而对患者身体各个脏器造成严重的负担。若不能及时对患者血糖进行合理管控,可导致羊水过多或巨大儿问题的出现,对于新生儿妊娠结局极为不利。近年来,随着医疗研究工作的不断深入,医疗工作者针对该病的致病因素进行了深入的探究与分析,旨在进一步说明妊娠期糖尿病的发病机制与致病因素,引导孕期女性积极做好对于该病的预防,以便为孕期女性健康与新生儿工作安全的保障奠定坚实的基础。本文针对近年来妊娠期糖尿病病因的研究进展进行了综述,旨在为该病研究工作的进一步发展与深化提供参考。
As one of the common diseases of women during pregnancy,gestational diabetes mellitus poses a serious impact on the health of patients and newborns. Gestational diabetes mellitus patients may have abnormal glucose metabolism,resulting in the difficulty of reasonable control of blood glucose index,and then causes a serious burden on each organ of the patient’s body. If the patient’s blood glucose index cannot be properly controlled timely,it may lead to the occurrence of excessive amniotic fluid or macrosomia,which is extremely adverse to the outcome of newborn pregnancy. In recent years,with the deepening of the medical research,medical workers makes a deep exploration and analysis for the pathogenic factors of the disease,which is aimed at further explain the pathogenesis of gestational diabetes mellitus and pathogenic factors,thereby guiding pregnant women to actively prepare for the prevention of the disease,so that laying a good foundation for pregnancy women’s health and neonatal security guarantees. In this paper,the research progress of etiology of gestational diabetes mellitus in recent years are reviewed,in order to provide impetus for the further development and deepening of the research on the disease.
