摘要
目的探讨温州市儿童家长对流感疫苗的接种意愿并分析其影响因素。方法2019年2—5月随机抽取温州市鹿城区、永嘉县、平阳县内865名儿童家长,对其流感疫苗的接种意愿进行问卷调查,并采用χ^(2)检验和多因素logistic回归分析影响流感疫苗接种的因素。结果实际有效研究对象855名,其中,83.86%的家长表示愿意为儿童接种流感疫苗。儿童年龄为0~<1岁(OR=0.498,P=0.007)、家长文化程度为小学/文盲(OR=0.409,P=0.004)、职业为农民/民工(OR=0.165,P<0.001)、居住地为农村(OR=0.426,P<0.001)、流感相关知识低度认知(OR=0.536,P=0.003)是影响流感疫苗接种的危险因素。结论温州市儿童家长对流感疫苗接种意愿处于较高水平,仍需加大对<1岁儿童、职业为农民、居住地为农村、文化程度较低的家长流感疫苗相关知识的宣讲力度,提升其流感疫苗接种意愿。
Objective To explore the parent’s willingness to accept influenza vaccination in Wenzhou City and analyze the influencing factors.Methods 865 parents in Lucheng District,Yongjia County and Pingyang County of Wenzhou City were randomly selected to conduct a questionnaire survey to investigate the parent’s willingness to accept influenza vaccination from February to May,2019,and the influencing factors were analyzed by Chi square test and multivariate logistic regression.Results Among the 855 effective subjects,83.86%parents expressed their willingness to vaccinate their children against influenza.That children’s age was 0~<1 years old(OR=0.498,P=0.007),parent’s educational level was primary school/illiterate(OR=0.409,P=0.004),occupation was farmer/migrant worker(OR=0.165,P<0.001),residence was in rural areas(OR=0.426,P<0.001),and their cognition level of related knowledge was low(OR=0.536,P=0.003)were the risk factors of influenza vaccination.Conclusion Parent’s willingness to accept influenza vaccination in Wenzhou City is at a high level.It is still necessary to strengthen the propaganda of influenza vaccine related knowledge on the parents of 0~<1 years old children,with farmer occupation,in rural resident areas,and with low educational level,in order to enhance the willingness of influenza vaccination.
