摘要
目的研究分析循证护理模式在糖尿病患者护理中的效果。方法将206例糖尿病患者为研究对象,将其随机分为常规护理组(102例)和循证护理组(104例),将两组患者的治疗效果、护理质量等进行统计分析,并加以比较。结果循证护理组的治疗效果明显优于常规护理组,且其护理质量也大大高于常规护理组,经比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理在糖尿病患者的治疗当中效果显著。
Objective To study the effect of evidence-based nursing mode in the nursing of diabetic patients.Methods Two hundred and six patients with diabetes were randomly divided into conventional nursing group(n=102)and evidence-based nursing group(n=104).The therapeutic effects and quality of care of the two groups were statistically analyzed and compared.Results The treatment effect of the evidence-based nursing group was significantly better than that of the conventional nursing group,and the quality of nursing was also significantly higher than that of the conventional nursing group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of evidence-based nursing mode in the treatment of diabetes patients can greatly improve the patient's treatment effect and patient satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
