摘要
目的探讨高龄痴呆症伴糖尿病患者中实行综合护理对策的可行性。方法选取我院2015年6月至2018年6月收治的90例高龄痴呆症伴糖尿病患者,给予综合护理对策,并观察患者生活质量改善、并发症发生情况以及患者心理压力改善情况。结果在经过综合护理后,患者空腹血糖与护理前对比有明显差异(P<0.05),其入院前空腹血糖为6.2~20.1 mmol/L,平均为9.1 mmol/L,治疗后空腹血糖为5.2~12.0mmol/L,平均8.1 mmol/L,统计学差异有意义。与此同时患者的生活质量也得以有效的改善。结论对于高龄痴呆症伴糖尿病患者应用综合护理措施,可以取得确切的护理效果,降低并发症的发生,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To explore the feasibility of implementing comprehensive nursing strategies in elderly patients with dementia with diabetes mellitus.Methods 90 cases of senile dementia with diabetes mellitus were selected from June 2015 to June 2018 in our hospital,and comprehensive nursing strategies were given,and the improvement of quality of life,complications and psychological stress of patients were observed.Result After comprehensive nursing,there was a significant difference between fasting blood glucose and preoperative treatment(P<0.05),and the fasting blood glucose was 6.2-20 before admission.1 mmol/L,on average,was 9.1 mmol/L,the fasting blood glucose was 5.2-12.0 mmol/L after treatment,the average 8.1 mmol/l,and the statistical difference was significant.At the same time,the quality of life of patients has been effectively improved.Conclusions The application of comprehensive nursing measures to senile dementia patients with diabetes mellitus can achieve definite nursing effect,reduce the occurrence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients.
