摘要
目的探讨集束化护理干预在烤瓷全冠口腔美容修复中的护理效果及对依从性的影响。方法选择2017年5月-2018年11月治疗的烤瓷全冠口腔美容修复患者72例作为对象,随机数字表分为对照组(n=36)和观察组(n=36)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合集束化护理干预,1个月护理后对患者效果进行评估,比较两组修复效果、牙周健康状态、视觉模拟疼痛(VAS)评分及依从性。结果观察组护理后1个月边缘适合度及舒适度,均高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组与对照组护理后牙周健康状态、VAS评分均无统计学意义(P> 0.05);两组护理后PD、AL及BI水平,均高于护理前(P<0.05);两组护理后VAS评分低于护理前(P <0.05);观察组护理后定期复查、饮食指导、遵医治疗、遵医刷牙依从性,均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论将集束化护理干预用于烤瓷全冠口腔美容修复中能获得良好的修复效果,能改善患者牙周状态,减轻患者疼痛,有助于提高患者护理依从性,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of cluster nursing intervention on dental cosmetic restoration of porcelain-fused-tometal crowns and its influence on compliance.Methods Seventy-two patients with full-crown dental cosmetic restoration treated from May 2017 to November 2018 were selected as subjects.The patients were randomly divided into control group(n=36)and observation group(n=36).The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given cluster nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.After one month of nursing,the effect of patients was evaluated.The restoration effect,periodontal health status,visual analogue pain(VAS)score and compliance of the two groups were compared.Results The marginal fitness and comfort of the observation group were higher than those of the control group one month after nursing(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in periodontal health status and VAS score between the observation group and the control group after nursing(P>0.05);the levels of PD,AL and BI in the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing(P<0.05);the VAS score of the two groups after nursing was lower than that before nursing(P<0.05);the observation group after nursing,regular review,VAS score was lower than that before nursing(The compliance of dietary guidance,treatment and brushing was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster nursing intervention can achieve good restoration effect in dental cosmetic restoration of PFM crowns,improve periodontal condition,relieve pain and improve patient's nursing compliance,which is worthy of popularization and application.
