摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预对功能性胃肠病患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年1月到2019年1月在大连市友谊医院消化内科就诊的80例功能性胃肠病患者随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例采取常规护理,试验组40例在对照组的基础上使用综合护理,比较两组患者的生活质量主要包括:活动、日常生活、健康、支持和总体情况,比较两组患者粪便积分评分,心理自评量表评分,胃肠症状等级评分比较。结果试验组活动、日常生活、健康、支持和总体情况均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者粪便积分评分,心理自评量表评分,胃肠症状等级评分比较均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论功能性胃肠病患者采取综合护理,可以提高患者的生活质量,值得在临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with functional gastrointestinal diseases.Methods Eighty patients with functional gastrointestinal diseases treated in the Department of Gastroenterology,Dalian Friendship Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Forty patients in the control group received routine nursing and 40 patients in the experimental group received comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group.The quality of life of the two groups was compared,mainly including activities,daily life,health,support and overall situation,The fecal score,psychological self-assessment scale score and gastrointestinal symptom grade score of the two groups were compared.Results The activity,daily life,health,support and overall situation of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of fecal score,psychological self-assessment scale and gastrointestinal symptom grade in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for patients with functional gastrointestinal diseases can improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
