摘要
目的:探讨术前应用人工泪液降低近视激光术治疗后干眼症的效果。方法:将2018年5月-2020年8月期间在本院眼科中心治疗的120例近视患者随机分为2组,均接受FS-LASIK矫正治疗。观察组60例(116眼)于术前采用0.1%玻璃酸钠滴眼液点眼,每天4次,连续3周;对照组不采取任何点眼措施。随访3个月,分别在治疗前、治疗后1个月和治疗后3个月以眼表疾病指数量表(OSDI)评价干眼症自觉症状,使用仪器检测泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪膜渗透压、并进行角膜荧光素染色(FL)评分、泪液分泌试验(SIt)。结果:治疗前,两组OSDI评分、FL评分、BUT、SIt、泪膜渗透压比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1个月、3个月后,观察组OSDI评分、FL评分、泪膜渗透压低于对照组(P<0.05),BUT、SIt高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:术前人工泪液点眼有助于减少近视激光术后干眼症的症状,增加泪膜稳定性,恢复泪膜功能。
Objective:To discuss the influence of preoperative application of artificial tears to decrease the incidence of dry eye after surgery.Methods:120 cases of myopia patients who were treated in the Ophthalmic Center of our hospital from May 2018 to August 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,all of them received fs-lasik correction.In the observation group,60 cases(116 eyes)were given 0.1%sodium hyaluronate eye drops before operation,4 times a day for 3 weeks;In the control group,no eye drops were taken.The patients were followed up for 3 months.Before treatment,1 month after treatment and 3 months after treatment,the subjective symptoms of dry eye were assessed with osdi.The break-up time(BUT),corneal fluorescein staining(FL)score and Schirmer I test(SIT)were measured by instruments.Results:Before treatment,the OSDI score,FL score,BUT,SIT and tear film osmotic pressure of the two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05);After 1 month and 3 months of treatment,the OSDI score,FL score and tear film osmotic pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),BUT and SIT were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Preoperative artificial tears can reduce the symptoms of dry eye,increase the stability of tear film and restore the function of tear film.
