高职学前教育专业园校双主体教学的现状与建议——基于高校—幼儿园—师范生的调查 被引量:6

The Status Quo and Suggestions of Double-Subject Teaching in Preschool Education Majors of Higher Vocational Education——Based on the Survey of Colleges,Kindergartens and Normal Students

摘要 园校双主体教学是高职学前教育专业人才培养和教育教学改革的有效路径。基于高校—幼儿园—师范生的调查数据,对高职学前教育专业双主体教学的现状数据进行描述统计与卡方优度检验。研究发现园校双主体教学存在以下问题:双主体教学合作对象类型较单一;双主体教学时间较短且分配不均;对双主体教学内涵的认识与了解有待提高;双主体教学中的角色定位较单一;双主体教学的聚焦点不一致;双主体教学的内容与表现形式不一致;双主体教学中高校与幼儿园信息沟通和参与度不够;双主体教学缺乏政策支持和法律保障、合作交流平台和经费支持等。为此,建议从地方政府、高职院校、幼儿园三个层面协同发力,推进高职学前教育专业双主体教学良性发展。 The double-subject teaching of the kindergartens and schools is an effective way to cultivate the professional talents of preschool education and reform the education and teaching in higher vocational preschool education.Based on the survey data of colleges,kindergartens and normal students,descriptive statistics and chi-square superiority test were carried out to describe the current situation of double-subject teaching of preschool education in higher vocational education.The study found that the overall situation of double-subject teaching in kindergartens and schools has the following problems:the type of cooperative object is relatively single;the time is short and uneven;the understanding of the connotation of double-subject teaching need to be improved;the role positioning is relatively single;the focus is inconsistent;the contents and the forms are not consistent;the degree of information communication and participation between universities and kindergartens is not enough;policy support and legal guarantee are not perfect.Therefore,it is suggested that we should make coordinate efforts from the three levels of local government,higher vocational colleges and kindergartens to promote the sound development of double-subject teaching of preschool education in higher vocational education.
