摘要
目的针对在本科室受治疗老年性高血压患者通过对其进行个性化健康教育后临床护理效果进行分析。方法在本院2020年6月至2021年6月通过回顾研究方式,采用计算机随机分配的方式对74例在本科室接受住院治疗的高血压患者进行对比研究,对比组37例,采用常规知识宣教模式进行护理,观察组37例采用个性化健康教育护理干预,对比两组患者护理依从度、满意度、健康知识掌握率、情绪变化以及血压水平情况。结果观察组护理依从性、满意度、健康知识掌握率均高于对照组,SDS、SAS评分以及DBP、SBP水平均明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对在本科室接受治疗患者通过对其进行个性化健康教育后效果明显,能够有效改善患者治疗期间配合程度,提高患者对医院护理满意度,改善患者自我护理能力。
Objective To analyze the clinical nursing effect of personalized health education for elderly patients with hypertension treated in undergraduate room.Methods From June 2020 to June 2021,74 patients with hypertension hospitalized in the undergraduate department were compared by means of retrospective research and computer random distribution,37 patients in the control group were nursing in the mode of routine knowledge publicity and education,37 patients in the observation group were treated with personalized health education nursing intervention.The nursing compliance,satisfaction,mastery rate of health knowledge,emotional changes,and blood pressure level of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group's nursing compliance,satisfaction,and health knowledge mastery rate were all higher than those of the control group.The SDS,SAS scores,DBP and SBP levels were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of personalized health education for patients receiving treatment in the undergraduate room is obvious,which can effectively improve the degree of cooperation during treatment,improve patients'satisfaction with hospital nursing and improve patients'self-care ability.
