摘要
我国人口老龄化速度的加快,不仅增加了社会保障的压力,还加大了我国公共服务的压力。同时,老年群体自身的免疫功能也会逐渐下降,生理机能开始退化,各种疾病接踵而至,而慢性病将会对老年人形成长期困扰。社区护理是通过一系列的干预措施促进和维护人群健康,以达到提高社区人群健康水平的目的,同时确保了护理服务的综合性、动态性和连续性,将其用于老年人慢性病管理中可发挥积极的作用。
Acceleration of population aging has increased pressure on social security and public services in China.At the same time,immune function of the elderly may gradually decline,with degenerating physiological functions,followed with various diseases one after another,and chronic diseases may cause long-term problems for them.Community nursing can promote and maintain health of the population through a series of intervention measures,and achieve purpose of improving health of community population,ensuring comprehensiveness,dynamics and continuity of nursing services,which plays an active role in chronic diseases management of the elderly.
