摘要
提升供应链运营效率并对其持续优化对企业至关重要,供应链管理的数字化转型对提升供应链运营效率发挥很大作用,同时新技术的发展为供应链管理的数字化转型提供了基础和动力。论文重点讨论供应链管理数字化转型的含义以及数字化转型的切入点和实施关键点,并提出了数字化转型的持续改进建议。
It is very important for enterprises to improve the operation efficiency of supply chain and continuously optimize it.The digital transformation of supply chain management plays a great role in improving the operation efficiency of supply chain.At the same time,the development of new technology provides the basis and driving force for the digital transformation of supply chain management.This paper emphatically discusses the meaning of digital transformation of supply chain management,the entry point and implementation key points of digital transformation,and puts forward some suggestions for continuous improvement of digital transformation.
