摘要
本文首先通过对国内数字化转型背景下供应链协同相关文献的研究,梳理了数字化转型和供应链协同的概念,分析了近年来有关供应链协同相关政策,研究了数字化转型背景下的供应链协同的作用机制。研究发现数字化转型优化了供应链协同,推动供应链的进一步发展,而供应链协同的发展反作用于数字化转型,赋能于数字化转型,此外数字化也带来了一定风险。最后,结合当前发展现状与研究成果,从创新理论研究、综合平台建设、发展环境优化和专业人才培养四个方面对供应链协同发展提出了参考性建议。
This paper first combs the concept of digital transformation and supply chain collaboration by examining literatures related to supply chain collaboration in the context of digital transformation at home.Furthermore,policies related to supply chain collaboration are studied,and mechanism of action of digital transformation and supply chain collaboration are collated.This research finds that digital transformation optimizes supply chain collaboration and drives further development of the supply chain.At the same time,the development of supply chain collaboration acts on and empowers digital transformation.In addition,digitization also brings some risks.Finally,based on the current development status and research results,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the collaborative development of supply chain from four aspects,including innovation theory research,comprehensive platform construction,development environment optimization and professional personnel training.
