摘要
对我国农业生产转型及其环境效应的空间规划与实施路径进行了研究,农业生产类型可划分为城市近郊传统经营型、城市近郊现代集约型、城市远郊现代集约型以及城市远郊传统经营型农业4种类型。从支撑力、拉力、引导力等方面,对不同类型农业生产系统环境问题的成因及特征进行了分析,并从普适性与异质性方面提出了我国农业生产空间规划的实施路径,包括规划任务与内容,构建了农业空间趋势推演的SD模型,对农业生产转型的环境影响进行了优化调控。
The spatial planning and implementation path of China’s agricultural production transformation and its environmental effects were studied.The types of agricultural production were divided into traditional management type in urban suburbs,modern intensive type in urban suburbs,modern intensive type in urban outer suburbs and traditional operation type in urban outer suburbs.The implementation path of China’s agricultural production spatial planning was proposed from the perspective of supporting force,pulling force,guiding force,universality and heterogeneity,including the planning tasks and contents,the construction of SD model of agricultural spatial trend deduction and the optimal regulation of environmental impact of agricultural production transformation.
