摘要
电除尘器内气流流动影响微细粒子的运动与捕集。利用3D-粒子图像测试技术测定不同放电电压、电场风速以及线间距下芒刺线–板电除尘器内部的复合流场。实验结果表明:单电晕线放电时,放电电压的增加使粒子运动更加复杂,通道内的涡旋会带动近壁区部分粒子远离极板,影响粒子捕集。电场风速的增加会弱化流场中的涡旋运动,使近壁区粒子的x向分速度占比减小,z向分速度占比增大;电场风速为0.8m/s时,y向分速度占比达到最大。线间距的增加会降低涡旋强度,气流偏转程度减弱,沿电场力方向的y向分速度则会随之增加。
The distribution of airflow is an important factor affecting the motion and collection of fine particles in ESP. 3 D-PIV technology was used to measure the flow field in wire-plate electrostatic precipitator on different voltage, velocity and wires spacing. The results show that the increase of voltage makes particle motion more complicated, and the vortex in the channel drives particles away from the plate in the near-wall area, affecting the trapping of fine particles. The increase of velocity weakens vortex motion, leading to decrease of the ratio of x-component velocity and the increase of z-component velocity in near-wall region. When velocity is up to 0.8 m/s, the ratio of y-component velocity reaches the maximum. The increase of spacing between wires weakens the intensity of vortex and deflection of airflow, y-component velocity along the direction of electric field force increases accordingly.
