摘要
基于机械加工中产生的空气悬浮微粒对环境和健康的危害,讨论了悬浮微粒大小与其在人体沉积部位的关系。结合微粒特性讨论了悬浮微粒对健康的危害,并对常见的相关疾病进行了举例说明。分析机械加工过程空气悬浮微粒产生的机理,并重点对微量润滑磨削工况下,雾化喷嘴形成的空气悬浮微粒进行分布特性研究。研究了射流参数(喷嘴出口直径、压缩空气压强、磨削液流量率及气液流量比)与雾滴微粒粒径的关系。分析了喷雾雾滴分布的规律,给出了喷雾微粒数量和体积分布函数。
Based on the dangers of suspended air microparticles from machining to the environment and health,the sources,deposition of particulate matter in human pulmonary airways and characteristics of suspended air microparticles were analyzed in this research. With the features of microparticles,the dangers of suspended microparticles to health were discussed and common diseases due to suspended microparticles were illustrated. With the machining process,the formation mechanism of suspended air microparticles were analyzed,and the research on distribution characters of suspended air microparticles formed from atomizing nozzle under minimal quantity lubrication( MQL) grinding was conducted. The relationship between jet parameters and microparticle size of sprays was explored. The distribution rules of spray droplets were analyzed,and the amount of sprays microparticles and volume distribution function were provided.
