摘要
根据不同介质的两相流介绍了PIV技术对管道流场流动规律的研究,总结了其在气固、气液、固液两相流中对流体流动规律的研究及相应的优势,表明PIV技术运用于管道流研究不仅能够提高测量的准确性还能够对流场流动特征进行较为精确的表征。分析了示踪粒子、流场形成因素以及流场中涡旋现象等因素对研究的影响,探讨了PIV技术对管道流研究所存在的不足,并指出应将PIV技术与数值模拟理论相结合,建立真实且能反映实际的流动模型才能够获得更好的研究结果。
Based on the two phase flow of different media,the research of PIV technology on flow law of pipeline flow field was introduced.The advantages of the PIV technology in gas-solid,gas-liquid and solid-liquid two-phase flow were summarized which shows that the application of PIV technology to pipeline flow research can not only improve the accuracy of measurement but also accurately characterize the flow field flow characteristics.The influences of tracer particle,flow field formation factors and vortex phenomenon on the research were analyzed.The shortcomings of PIV technology in pipeline-flow research were put forward.Further more,it is pointed out that PIV technology and numerical simulation theory should be combined to establish a real and reflective flow model in order to obtain better research results.
