摘要
详细规划是国土空间规划“五级三类”中的重要环节,是实施“纵向到底、横向到边”规划管控的重要载体。进入国土空间规划时代,传统详细规划面临变革。文章基于国土空间规划对详细规划的新要求,从理念体系、思维体系、方法体系和工具体系4个维度提出国土空间详细规划技术逻辑重塑的设想,并从管理保障、标准更新、品质打造和平台建设4个方面探讨技术创新的实践要点,希望能为国土空间详细规划的创新研究提供参考。
Detailed planning is an important part in the"five levels and three categories"of national land and space plan as it transfers planning into implementation.It needs reform in the era of national territory spatial planning.Based on the new requirements of national territory spatial planning for detailed planning,the paper proposes the ideas of reshaping detailed planning from concept,technique,method and instrument,and discusses the key points in practice from management,standard,quality and technique.
