摘要
生涯人物访谈是一种积极的生涯探索行为,是生涯课程教学中常见的环节之一。将访谈"问什么""怎么问"交给学生以团体合作学习的形式完成,既可以促进学生从"某某职业需要什么"向"我想要什么""我想成为谁"的思维转变,构建属于自己的生涯模式;又可以提升学生课堂参与的自主性和积极性,是"关系教学法"的一种典型实践。本研究认为,由学生自主生成访谈提纲,可以成为大中学生生涯课堂中一种有效的教学设计。
Information Interviewing with professionals is a kind of active career exploratory behavior,which is commonly used in the career courses.Students are empowered to answer the questions of“what to ask”and“how to ask the question”via the team-based learning.This practice not only transfers students’awareness from“what is needed in jobs”into“what I need in my life”,which further builds up their own career patterns,but also increases their autonomy and arouse their enthusiasm in class participation,which can be deemed as a typical example of“relational pedagogy in action”.This article suggests that outlining interview questions by students themselves is an effective teaching design in college and middle school career class.
