摘要
自2020年4月8日武汉解封以来,截至2020年7月22日,西安市中心医院通过预检分诊排查出发热病例1476例,其中包含普通感冒发热788例,口腔炎症所致发热102例,扁桃体发炎所致发热87例,儿童发热335例,患者术后发热66例,中高危风险地区发热患者23例,其他非新冠病毒所致发热75例,新型冠状病毒疑似病例0例。西安市中心医院对住院部患者、陪人、医护人员及外来人员采用微信扫描“健康一码通”或“国务院防疫行程一码通”、电子体温测量仪结合水银温度计测量体温的方式进行排查和甄别。严格、合理、高效的预检分诊方式可有效避免院内交叉感染并提高普通发热患者院内就诊效率。
Since Wuhan was unsealed on April 8,2020,by July 22,2020,1476 cases of fever have been investigated through pre-examination and triage in the Xi′an Central Hospital.These cases included 788 common cold,fever,102 oral inflammation,87 tonsillitis,335 fever,66 postoperative fever,23 fever in middle and high risk areas,75 fever caused by other non crown fever virus,and 0 novel Coronavirus suspected cases.Xi′an Central Hospital conducts screening and identify cases for patients,companions,medical staff and outsiders in the inpatient department by means of WeChat scanning"one code pass for health"or"one code pass for epidemic prevention travel of the State Council",electronic temperature measuring instrument and mercury thermometer.Method that strict,reasonable and efficient pre-examination and triage can effectively avoid cross infection in hospital and improve the efficiency of common patients with fever.
