摘要
为落实北京市政府5G产业发展"1551工程",提供世园会游客更高体验感的医疗急救服务,北京市卫生健康委组织创建了"北京世园会5G远程医疗急救系统"。系统借助5G网络,突破城市与远郊、时间和空间的限制,实现"现场-救护车-当地医院-支持医院"全程可视化的远程医疗急救。系统于2019年4月底投入应用,并在5月辅助延庆区医院成功救治了一名急性下壁心肌梗死的外地患者。系统是5G技术用于医疗急救的创新实践,也是推进新一代健康信息技术产业升级和增强群众健康服务获得感的有益尝试,为2022年冬奥会医疗保障、京津冀健康医疗纵深发展、健康惠民等业务开展提供了有益借鉴。
In order to implement the government’s"1551 Project"for the development of the 5 G industry in Beijing and provide more experienced health care services for visitors to Beijing World Horticultural Exposition,the Beijing Municipal Health Commission organized the establishment of a remote medical emergency information system in 5 G network.Supported by 5 G network,the system breaks through the restrictions of city and suburb,time and space,and assists in realizing the visualized remote medical emergency in the whole process of"scene-ambulance-local hospital-support hospital".The system was put into use at the end of April this year,and successfully assisted doctors in YanQing Hospital to treat a patient with acute inferior myocardial infarction from another province in May.The system is an innovative practice that 5 G technologies are applied to medical emergency services,and a beneficial attempt to promote the upgrading of the new generation of health information technology industry,and to enhance residents’"sense of access"to health services.Furthermore,it provides a useful reference for the medical services of the Winter Olympic Games in 2022,the further development of health care in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,and health benefits for the residents.
