Design of turbo generator for MWD and LWD in underground coal mine

摘要 针对煤矿井下随钻仪器续航时间短的问题,结合涡轮发电技术和井下钻孔内仪器的要求,研制了一种矿用随钻涡轮发电装置。发电装置防爆型式设计为隔爆兼本安型,电机驱动结构采用磁耦合连接方式,电路设计实现装置电池组充电自关断和自恢复、发电过程及电池信息实时监测、充放电双重保护等功能。通过搭建试验平台,对其发电能力和实际工况时的温升进行了试验模拟及验证。设计方法和试验结果表明,该装置符合矿用设备防爆要求和实际工况需要,能够作为井下随钻仪器的主供电系统。 In view of the short endurance time of MWD(measurement while drilling) and LWD(logging while drilling) for coal mine, a turbo generator for mining is developed combining turbine power generation technology and underground drilling instrument requirements. It is flameproof and intrinsically safe. The motor drive structure adopts the magnetic coupling connection mode. The circuit design realizes the functions of battery charging self-off and self-recovery, real-time monitoring of power generation process and battery information, dual protection of charge and discharge, etc.By setting up the test platform, the power generation capacity and the temperature rise under the actual working condition are simulated and verified. The design method and test results show that the device meets the explosion-proof requirements of mining equipment and actual working conditions, and can be used as the main power supply system of MWD and LWD instruments for underground coal mine.
