摘要
本文介绍了钻井液脉冲随钻测井系统及其井下供电电源—涡轮发电机的工作原理,研究了其关键部件—涡轮的建模、CFD分析、结构优化、制造等几方面工作,分析了国内外最新研究成果及方法,总结了涡轮的主要研究内容和方法。最后指出,努力实现技术自主创新对于打破国际技术垄断和发展本国经济具有重要意义。
This paper introduces drilling fluid pulse logging system and its principle of underground power supply power-turbogenerator, studied works of its key parts-turbine's modeling, CFD analysis, structure optimization, manufacturing and so on ,This paper summarizes the latest research results and research methods, and summarizes main research contents and methods of turbine. This paper finally points out that try to realize technological self-innovation is important to break international technology monopoly and develop national economy.
