川渝智慧旅游建设与游客满意度研究 被引量:1

摘要 将具有代表性的智慧旅游评价指标转换成游客满意度问卷问题,提取出影响川渝智慧旅游游客满意度的4个主要因子,按其影响程度大小排序为智慧旅游信息因子、智慧公共管理因子、智慧服务营销因子、智慧基础设施因子。结果表明,川渝游客的总体满意度评价为一般至满意之间,其中重庆的相对满意度较低,而公共管理是影响重庆智慧旅游相对满意度最重要的因子。以因子分析为基础提出川渝智慧旅游的改进建议,对加强川渝在文旅智能化建设方面学习互鉴、交流合作,及促进区域旅游发展具有一定参考意义。 The representative evaluation index of smart tourism is transformed into a questionnaire question of tourist satisfaction,and four main factors that affect the satisfaction of smart tourism in Sichuan and Chongqing are extracted,which are classified as smart tourism information factor,smart public management factor,smart service marketing factor and smart infrastructure factor according to their influence degree.The results show that the overall satisfaction of tourists in Sichuan and Chongqing is between average and satisfactory,and the relative satisfaction of Chongqing is low.The public management is the most important factor affecting the relative satisfaction of smart tourism in Chongqing.Based on the factor analysis,puts forward the improvement suggestions of Sichuan and Chongqing smart tourism,which has a certain reference significance for strengthening the mutual learning,exchange and cooperation of Sichuan and Chongqing in the intelligent cultural and tourism construction,and promoting the development of regional tourism.
