摘要
针对自主研发的信号产品,结合国内外标准和公司体系文件中可靠性工作要求和规定,研究产品可靠性审核与验证方法,阐明产品可靠性审核与验证工作流程,描述可靠性设计和可靠性分析工作审核内容,说明产品应力边界确定维度,明确可靠性测试验证案例设置原则。通过本研究,为产品可靠性审核和验证提供指导依据。
Based on the signaling products of independent research and development,combined with the reliability requirements and regulations in the domestic and foreign standards and company system fi les,this paper studies the product reliability verifi cation and validation method,illustrates the product reliability verifi cation and validation process,describes the reliability design and reliability analysis of audit content,illustrates the product stress boundary dimensions,and clarifi es the principles of setting reliability test and verifi cation cases.This study provides guidance for product reliability audit and verifi cation.
