摘要
以制动系统为研究对象,根据统计学原理和可靠性工程的现场可靠性试验理论设计了制动系统的运行考核计划。根据制动系统运行考核情况,对制动系统的故障进行了记录和统计,采用点估计的形式评估了制动系统的可靠性水平。同时,采用威布尔分布参数估计的方法,得出了制动系统的寿命分布函数。
Operational assessment plan was set up based on the statistics and reliability engineering theory for domestic bogie-controlling brake system.Failures were recorded and analyzed.Reliability level of domestic bogie-controlling brake system was calculated by means of point estimation.Life distribution function was analyzed through the method of Weibull distribution parameter estimation.
