摘要
新技术和装备的运用促使铁路内燃机车维修逐步转向以可靠性为中心的维修模式,以解决系统过剩维修现象。为解决内燃机车系统可靠性的评价问题,在现有部件可靠性评价指标的基础上,通过分析内燃机车系统的功能和结构特点,确定了内燃机车系统可靠性的框图,并提出内燃机车系统整体可靠性的评价指标,建立基于串并联关系的系统可靠性评价模型,通过算例验证了内燃机车可靠度的计算方法。
Reliability centered maintenance (RCM) plays an important role in railway locomotive maintenances with the developments of new technologies and equipments. In order to evaluate the reliability of diesel locomotive systems, a block diagram has been established and a set of evaluation indexes on the reliability of each locomotive component have been proposed. The paper presents an evaluation model on the reliability of the locomotive system based on the series and parallel connections systems and gives the evaluation method by a case.
